12V Gel Front Terminal Battery with Catalyst Life Extender, 15-Year Design Life
The Valen ENDUROGEL front terminal battery is a rechargeable, deep cycle Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) gel battery built for mission-critical standby and cyclic applications. It is well suited to UPS, telecommunications, data centres, mining, rail and solar energy storage.
High purity virgin lead plates with 1.6% tin, a thixotropic gelled electrolyte and genuine gel separators give ENDUROGEL a longer service life than a standard gel battery. A built-in Catalyst Life Extender prevents dry-out, helping the battery reach its 15-year design life and stay reliable in demanding conditions.
The Valen front terminal design is made for 19-inch rack installation. It includes a terminal protection cover, insulated intercell links and ventilation ports for optional external venting. The battery is maintenance-free, can be installed in any orientation except inverted, and is FAA and IATA approved for air transport.
