The Valen Topin 12V 2.3Ah is a rechargeable, deep cycle Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) battery, used mainly in hoist applications where you need dependable, compact power. VRLA technology is often called Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) because the electrolyte is held in Absorbent Glass Matting (AGM). In automotive batteries, by contrast, the electrolyte is free-flowing. This construction makes the Valen Topin range robust, safe and maintenance-free, so it suits the frequent use and demanding conditions of hoist operation.
