Two years on the full system and ten years on the batteries.

The distinction matters and is worth understanding rather than glossing. The two-year system warranty covers materials and workmanship across the integrated platform, enclosure, inverter, charge control, monitoring and wiring. The ten-year battery warranty reflects the service life expected of LiFePOâ‚„ under the duty a remote monitoring load imposes.

As with any battery warranty, the conditions are what decide a claim. The ones to read: the ambient and cell temperature range the warranty assumes, the requirement to operate within the specified charge regime, depth of discharge limits, and what documentation is needed at claim time. Keeping the monitoring data and the service log is the single most useful thing you can do. It is the evidence file if you ever need it.
