V-Trail is deployed in minutes rather than days, needs no civil works, runs on solar with a diesel generator as backup, and can be recovered and redeployed to the next location. For a shutdown it means temporary power that arrives before the contractors do; for exploration it means the same asset serves successive drill programmes. The realistic constraints are vehicle access to the site and having the unit staged and available, a deployable asset ordered when it is needed is not a deployable asset.
