Scope
Design and supply standardised solar power kit options for water monitoring and weather station deployments across rural environments, including council-managed areas and agricultural properties.
Solution
Valen reviewed the customer’s existing arrangement and developed a simplified range of solar power kits, including low-sun and high-sun configurations, along with compatible solar mounting bracket options. The solution was designed to standardise system selection and simplify deployment across multiple sites
Outcome
Valen created custom inventory kits with a single part number, consolidating what was previously 17 individual components into a streamlined ordering solution. This simplified procurement, improved lead time visibility, and enabled direct-to-site delivery, reducing administrative effort and supporting faster project deployment.
